Gluten free spicy rosemary potato wedges

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

coarse sea salt

paprika powder and cayenne pepper to taste


Here's the deal: 

Cut the potatoes into slices, season and refine with olive oil and rosemary. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes or until browned.
