Gluten free pasta with feta and spinach

For those of you who think there are enough noodle sauce recipes on this planet. For those who think noodles are for bores and uncreative cooks. Here follows the opposite!


What you need for it: 

pasta (best I find the ones from Schär and Barilla)

some spinach (frozen or fresh)

Pecorino cheese to taste

100g cream

salt, pepper, nutmeg


And it's that simple:

Cook the noodles while heating the cream, add the spinach and the sheep cheese, season and you're done.
