Gluten free Belgian waffles

Currently my favorite recipe on the blog. Waffles are always a good idea, aren't they? I usually prep the dough for a few days so I just need to fill it up with a bit of milk every morning. 


You need:

150g butter

25g coconut blossom sugar

4 eggs

300g flour

a bit of salt

2 tsp baking soda

about 300ml milk


That's how it works:

Melt the butter and mix it with sugar and eggs. Mix the flour with salt and baking soda and add it to the butter. Then add milk until the dough is viscous.

I always sieve the flour and stir the dough with a whisk. That's how the dough becomes the fluffiest.
